I’ve been digging back a bit for photos for my layouts lately… I didn’t do much scrapping in 2008-2009… too much going on to keep up with in regular life and I don’t want to lose that time altogether… that would be sad!!    So while I’ve been learning through Digi in Deeper and for some regular scrapping I’ve been taking a look back.  Here’s one of those looks back at skiing in Steamboat in 2008.  For the supply list go here.

Sometimes you have to create something just for the art of it!    That’s honestly what I love about this “hobby”… it’s the perfect blend of journaling, photography and ART.  When you combine 3 amazing expressions like that you’re most likely gonna love the results {or be frustrated to death and want to pitch out your computer… but we’ll go with the love for today!}  For the designer spotlight last week The Queen of Quirk gave away her Old Boris kit which I used to create this layout.  To see all the supplies I used go here.

If you have boys you know this photo well!!  The game of chase is as old as mankind itself I should think, and still rarely tired of.  Isn’t it the ordinary photos that we should celebrate?  I think so.
