Here is my most recent layout using Kitschy Digitals AWESOME template.  Give me a shout if you love this template as much as I do!!

Our house had been on the market for almost 2 years now… I feel like I keep putting off scrapping about it because it’s been such a rough process of letting it go over and over again with every showing. But today is the day to start documenting this process… so here’s my start!!

Supplies

I was talking with some friends this week about Christmas cards for some random reason and I told them that I was so sad that I didn’t get cards sent this past Christmas.  It was just one of the things we cut to save some cash.  But I thought I might as well post the card I designed {cause of course I did design a card!!} just for the fun of it!!  So here it is:

Have you heard of Wacom’s Pen Scrapper’s Contests?  I’ve entered several…the kit’s they give you to work with are worth it alone!  The pen scrappers that they feature are some of my favorite designers in the industry.  Here is my entry… p.s.  if you feel inspired to vote for me click the layout to go to my entry at Pen Scrappers!

Man…is it the 19th of January!!??  Yikers!  This month has gotten away from me for sure!  This month I get to work with Echo Park‘s products over at Jessica Spragues.  They just released their new Be Mine line for Valentines Day up ahead and both of these layouts use that line.
