I love photographing babies!!  It is always a rewarding session because they are just too adorable to go wrong!!  I had to stop and share a few photos of twins from a recent shoot…

(I guess that doesn’t really work when I’ve basically posted the gist of this post in the title!!!)  Yes!! You are right!  National Scrapbooking day is right around the corner… Saturday to be exact.  If you’re wondering, like I was, what the history of NSD is you can go here to find out.  And of course on Saturday don’t forget to go to Jessica’s for all the fun!!!

I think I just took one too many detours down the digital scrapbooking road… or is it the digital scrapbooking blog road?  Either way you look at it there are a LOT of very talented artists out there and if you let yourself, you can get pretty discouraged by the talent…  How do you stand out in the crowd?  I think we can only be true to the art within.  What God has placed within each individual is unique to that person and cannot be duplicated exactly… there might be a few close resemblances, but they will never be exactly the same.

Well, enough random rambling… what I really came here to do was post the layout I put together from some new products just out today!  Jessica Sprague just welcomed a new designer to her team…Nisa Fiin and of course Crystal Wilkerson has been rockin’ the house there for awhile!  I’ll be letting you know about other designers there bit by bit as I get to play with their fabulous products and do a little creating!

Easter Egg Hunt

Wow!  It’s been a busy week with the kick-off being last Monday finding out that I was chosen to be a part of Jessica Sprague’s creative team!  For those of you who don’t know of Jessica’s site let me just tell you that in the realm of digital scrapbooking she is the best.  Her classes are hands down the easiest to follow and best put together courses you will find.  I think I’ve done almost every class that she offers and I have learned so much.  So needless to say I am very excited about this opportunity to be a part of the amazing community there!  Maybe, just maybe, I’ll actually become a consistent blogger to boot… well, I won’t shoot for the moon yet… here’s to one small step forward!  Oh, and here are 2 of the projects I submitted to the Creative Team search… the other one I posted earlier.

I owe Daniel big time!!  He has worked on getting this up for me for the last 5 hours I think!  YIKES!  It turned out to be a lot of work…Who knew?  So, finally I have the CompletelyRandom blog up and with the logo and able to post images… this is awesome!  I will have to fill you in on the need for this blog tomorrow, cause for right now I’m headed to the land of Nod…

Apparently, very.  Yes, you read the date on my first post correctly… it’s been a year and a half (almost) since my last post and all because I’m silly… really.  I just want to spruce up the look of the blog a bit and so far am being stymied.  Still, there is no really good reason for not posting here… esp. because I just submitted my entry for Jessica Sprague’s Creative Team search 2010 and I need to have this blog up and rolling.  I think that I’m going to enjoy it once I get going… it’s just the getting the ball rolling part that takes some doing!
